Machine is equipped with front kit which consists of double shuttle mechanism. While one mold is clamping for injection, the other mold could be loading material for next cycle. While one mold is in demolding process, the other mold could be moving into main frame for clamping. Both molds are connected with platen to keep heating even moving to the front kit. The injection unit is equipped with universal Cold Runner Block (CRB) system which developed by Dr. Mao at Technical Innovation Center of Tung Yu. With this advanced CRB system, we could keep stable temperature at 75±5℃(the value could be adjustable) to prevent rubber compound from over cure inside the channels of nozzle and mold.
