Rubber oil seal vulcanization molding machine is equipped with top, lower, middle ejector, movable cavity plate and conveyor belt for various molds design to knock out products automatically. Before vulcanizing, we offer a precision rubber slicer which is configured smart E-weight data feedback system (close loop), enable to adjust cutter speed and working pressure automatically. The output precision could be within ±1 % of total 95% product. After vulcanizing, there is an automatic trimming, spring loading, greasing, dimension inspecting machine. It designed with the vacuum generator/gripper feeds the oil seal to precisely fit it onto the cutting mold to cut the flash and arranges the magnet rotator/vibrating tray in feeding the spring to appropriate location. In the end using a twin-shaft oil seal gyration testing machine which is suitable for oil seal with pressure and temperature condition checking and abrasion testing automatically to ensure production quality.
