On main structure design we take CAE software to analyze the stress and deformation to make sure the frame strength with enough safety factor , and on program control we use system by PLC and HMI to easily set up temperature, pressure, speed and auto process with necessary parameters . By Integrating the mold memory and recipe storage, and other functions together to achieve the central monitoring of smart production. 

    On column type machinery design, the movable traverse moving out with heating platen and lower mold to keep heating and prevent from deformation due to heavy weight. On slab side type machinery, we are proud to say Tung Yu owns the largest tonnages rubber molding press with 8,000 tons clamping force in the specific product market.
